February Pics

Yes...that's right...February. I'm done with school, both boys are (miraculously) sleeping at the same time, and I haven't passed out, yet, for the evening...so I decided to "update" the blog. Problem is, we got a new camera recently...and I haven't figured out how to get pics off of it, yet. Sooo...I decided to go back and post a bunch of pictures that never got posted during our incredibly crazy spring.

Life here is quite an adventure these days. Ollie is an amazing big brother! He had a few days when he wasn't so sure about "keeping" Indie, but now that he's gotten used to the idea...he's doing great. He loves to give his little brother kisses and cuddles and to pat his back when it's time to burp him. Indie, of course, adores his big brother (as far as we can tell). :)

I graduate this weekend and our family moves to a new home in a new state in just a few weeks. Indie Leif is doing well. He's a sweet little baby with a very loud cry! He was a full pound lighter than Ollie was when he was born, so he's seemed so small to us even though he was 8 lb. 10 oz. at birth. All three of us are having fun getting to know this new, little person.

And now, a look back a few months:

Ollie reading on his potty.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit in February, which was wonderful! Ollie loved the visit and looks forward to seeing them again soon. Ollie was lucky enough to get to sneak a few of Grandpa's mints. Here, Grandma is helping him open the tin.

Ollie likes wearing Grandpa's headphones and listening to his Ipod--especially the song about a dog named Boo. I'm pretty sure Ollie listened to the song about thirty time during the visit.

Ollie got to go to Ikea with Grandma and Grandpa to run around and get frozen yogurt. What fun!

Riding the escalator with Grandpa's help.

A little more help at the drinking fountain.
A visit with Sean...

This is one of Ollie's favorite pictures of Sean...so I had to add it! haha!

I'm not sure why the quality of this video is so bad...but it still makes me laugh. Ollie was repeating parts of a conversation that Sean and I were having, which was hilarious...so I started taping him. This was one of my favorite phrases, which Ollie kept saying for the next few days. So funny to be coming out of the mouth of a two year old! In case you can't understand it, he's saying, "I'm a postmodernist."
