Ollie and Mama were able to take a few days to travel to Wisconsin in February. It was a great adventure! Ollie was a fantastic traveler and enjoyed visiting with his Wisconsin family. We wish Daddy could have come, too. Here are some pictures of Ollie spending time with his great grandpa Leif. Ollie still talks about Grandpa Leif's propane tank, his gas stove, and his swingset. He's also looking forward to tasting some of Great Grandpa's "black caps" this summer. Ollie has an amazing memory. It's fun to see what things make the biggest impression on him...and how he brings them up and wants to talk about them at such unexpected times. Ollie sure does love Great Grandpa Leif!

Uncle Jonathan picked us up from the airport in Chicago. Ollie had a blast "driving" his car and tasting Uncle Jonathan's "yummy" drink blend of Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper. Needless to say, Ollie was a bit giddy after the caffeine and sugar-loaded treat!
Ollie has gotten pretty good at taking his own pictures. Here is one that he took by himself. Of course, maybe this has something to do with the fact that our camera is now quite broken! haha
